Founded on September 6, 1976, the Tecnológico de Monterrey Irapuato campus has been providing services for excellent academic training based on competitive leadership and student development for more than four decades.
Being located in the city of Irapuato, the Campus is immersed in countless economic, tourist and artistic activities, among which the Expo – Agrifood stands out. It is also located in a nerve center that allows you to quickly travel to the 43 industrial parks in the state, which makes it ideal for multi-venue events.

Cultural and Congress Center
Designed to host a wide variety of events. Equipped with modern facilities, this center hosts breakfasts, exhibitions, conferences, etc.
The Cultural and Congress Center is a versatile and modern facility designed to meet a wide range of event needs. This center can be divided into two independent rooms, each with capacity for 432 people in an auditorium-type setup. Both rooms have independent entrances, making it easy to access and organize simultaneous or sequential events.
It is important to keep in mind that the center does not have its own furniture, so the organizers must coordinate the rental of chairs, tables and other necessary equipment with external suppliers.
This space also has a spacious lobby, ideal for placing registration tables, reception areas and offering coffee break services. This lobby is a perfect meeting point for attendees, providing a welcoming and functional environment for socializing and networking.

This venue has a basketball court with regulatory measurements which can be divided into two smaller courts for basketball or volleyball, allowing multiple games or simultaneous sports activities to be held.
The Borregos Arena does not have audiovisual equipment or its own furniture to set up. Organizers must coordinate the rental of these items with external suppliers to meet the specific needs of each event. For social events, it is mandatory to cover the floor to avoid damage and keep the floor in optimal condition. This measure ensures the longevity and good condition of the surface for future sporting events and activities.
